Sushi restaurant opens (Truman State University Index)
Dim lights, exotic wall hangings and delicious aromas waft out of Bonsai, the new sushi restaurant on Harrison Street on the Square. Bonsai Steaks, Teriyaki and Sushi House owner Peter Saeteurn said the business has been open for two weeks.
