ON FOOD: Cooking class reveals ideas, recipes (Colorado Springs Gazette)

Always a sucker for a new-to-me cooking class, I heard about the monthly classes offered at Il Fornaio restaurant in Denver and couldn’t wait to check them out. They turned out to be a terrific way to spend a couple of hours and get a nice late lunch to boot.

Coriander getting Indian makeover (Sharon Advocate)

Sharon Selectmen on Tuesday approved the transfer of liquor licenses to the new owners of the Coriander restaurant in Post Office Square. The name of the restaurant will not change but the menu certainly will as it will be Indian and South Asian cuisine, along with other ethnic recipes, according to new owner Dao Thach.
