Police: Arson hits Jefe’s eatery (Wichita Falls Times Record News)

A Wichita Falls restaurant took its second hit from criminals in two weeks, this time putting it out of business for a while. By the time Pedro Moreno got to his restaurant, Jefe’s Bar & Grill, early Thursday, fire crews had already put out the flames, but the sight was no less devastating.
